Then he asks me to take care of it with a credit card when i ask them who they are they start screaming and saying that they will arrest me. They have a very thick accent. When you call them back the same person answers the phone. We need to stop these people from taking peoples money.

He called last Friday evening at 9:00 PM. On the caller id, it shows ER Surveys. There was a brief delay, but sounded non-typical from an autodialer. It sounded as though he had a mouthful of food once he did come on the line. He woke up my husband and our toddler. He was apologetic. I told him if he wanted to reach my husband then he needed to call on Saturday. He called back tonight at 8:50 PM. I was not pleasant this time around. When he asked for my husband, he stumbled through his name and also sounded like he had food in his mouth. I chewed him out for not being considerate and waking up our toddler again. I said if you want to get a hold of him that bad, you need to call back before 8 PM or on the weekends. While I was in mid-sentence, he hung up on me. When I called the number back, I received the recording that my call couldn't go through as dialed. What a schmuck.
